Due to the nature of digital publication and the editorial review process, all sales of article publication packages and related digital services are considered final and non-refundable once the editorial review process has commenced.
If you have purchased a package by mistake or wish to cancel before you have submitted any content for review, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
If your submitted article is completely rejected by our medical editorial team for failing to meet our strict quality and medical accuracy standards (and cannot be resolved through revisions), we will issue a full refund for that specific article publication fee.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.
